How we produce our journalism

We are open about our process: AI Tech Dialogue is produced with the help of AI, under human direction and human accountability.

A named human editor, Salman Oukati Sadegh, conceptualises each story and sets its angle, scope, and the initial editorial substance. AI tools then assist with research aggregation — gathering and organising material from across primary and secondary sources — and with producing a first draft from that direction.

No article is published on the strength of an AI draft alone. A named human editor reviews, fact-checks, edits, and signs off on every article before it goes live, and is accountable for the final text. Where a piece carries our collective desk byline, the AI Tech Dialogue Editorial Team, a named editor still reviews and approves it — the reviewing editor is credited on the article.

Sourcing

Every factual claim is attributed. We prefer primary sources — company announcements, filings, research papers, official documentation, and on-the-record statements — over second-hand aggregation, and we link to the original wherever it exists. When we build on another outlet's reporting, we credit that outlet by name and link to it.

Every article carries a visible Sources list so you can follow each claim back to where it came from and judge it yourself.

Verification

Before an article is published, a human editor checks the details that readers rely on, including:

• Numbers, statistics, and financial figures
• Dates and the sequence of events
• Direct quotes and their attribution
• Company, product, and personal names
• Benchmark and performance figures

Reporting on emerging technology often involves facts that are still developing. Where a detail is unconfirmed, we say so plainly rather than state it as settled.

Corrections

We correct errors openly. If you believe something we published is wrong, tell us through our contact page with the article and the specific detail in question. We review every report, and when a correction is warranted we fix the article and note what changed.

Substantive corrections are recorded in our public corrections log, and the article's “Updated” date reflects when a genuine edit was made.

Independence and advertising

Advertising never influences our coverage. Our editorial decisions — what we cover and what we conclude — are made independently of advertisers and sponsors. Advertising is displayed separately from editorial content, and any affiliate link or sponsored content is labelled as such inline, at the point where you encounter it.

Ownership and funding

AI Tech Dialogue is an independent publication founded and run by Salman Oukati Sadegh. It is reader-supported and funded through advertising and affiliate arrangements, which are kept strictly separate from editorial judgement as described above.
